By Booking with Us, You are Agreeing to the Following Terms & Conditions:

Reservation Procedure

A Non-Refundable 50% Deposit (per occupant) is required to reserve accommodations on any Retreat Package.  Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. 

Your Balance is due on your reservation 30 days from your invoice/booking date, or 90 days prior to your retreat (whichever comes first). If you reserve more than 90 days ahead installment plans will be available during checkout. You may choose to divide your retreat cost into 2 or 4 payments. If you are reserving accommodations less than 90 days prior to departure, you will be required to pay the total cost of your Retreat Package to secure your reservation.  (If you require an alternate payment plan, please email us at info@LightHouse-Retreats.com to arrange one.)

Payments more than 5 days late will be subject to a 20% late fee.  Payments not received within 7 days of the due date without prior arrangements will be subject to cancellation of your entire Retreat Package. (see Cancellation Policy below)

Cancellation Policy

You are permitted to cancel your reservation at any time after booking for any reason.  Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellations within 30 days of departure date will result in a forfeiture of any payments made toward your Retreat Package.  Any reservation canceled 31-60 days prior to departure date will result in a 50% refund of any funds contributed to your Retreat Package (less the non-refundable Reservation Deposit). Any reservation canceled 60+ days prior to departure date will result in a 100% refund of any funds contributed to your Retreat Package (less the non-refundable Reservation Deposit).  Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation and will be credited back in the same form of payment used to book the reservation.  (Please note: Reservation Deposit is Non-Refundable)

DATE CHANGES: Although we always strive to keep to our scheduled Retreat dates, sometimes things happen that are out of our control.  We reserve the right to change the dates for a scheduled retreat at any time.  In the event of a change in dates, the customer will be given the option to receive a full refund, less a $500 booking fee.  This $500 booking fee can then be applied to any upcoming Retreat Package purchased within one year.

ITINERARY CHANGES: The itinerary provided is used as a guide for all activities scheduled during your Retreat.  Although we strive to stick to this itinerary, things can happen that are out of our control, therefore we reserve the right to alter this itinerary at any time.  

Insurance & Liability

In order to retreat with us, you will be required to sign both a liability waiver and a photography release. Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of your booking without a refund. You will also be held accountable to pay for any damages, property or otherwise, which you incur during your stay.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:
As part of our marketing procedure, we will be taking occasional photographs of the events that take place during our retreats.  If you do not wish to have your likeness appear on our websites, you will have the opportunity to choose that option when signing the photography release form.

TRIP INSURANCE:
Light House Retreats does not provide insurance for your Retreat Package.  If you would like to insure your trip, you are required to purchase your own insurance prior to departure.  We are in no way liable for lost funds or charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, such as lost luggage, missed flights, damage to the property, injury/illness, weather-related inconveniences, etc.
