This retreat is for women who are craving space to reconnect with themselves through movement, creativity, rest, ritual, and meaningful connection in a beautiful autumn setting.

No prior experience is needed. All practices and experiences are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and invitational.

Yes. Nourishing meals are included from dinner on Day 1 through lunch on Day 4. Coffee, tea, and iced water will also be available.

Snacks are not included, so guests are encouraged to bring their favorites.

We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary needs and preferences shared in advance through the pre-retreat form.

Transportation to and from the retreat, travel insurance, optional add-on sessions or personal purchases, alcohol and beverages other than coffee, tea, and iced water, snacks, and lodging before or after the retreat dates.

Absolutely. Many guests come solo, and retreats can be such a beautiful way to connect with yourself and meet like-hearted people in a supportive setting.

A variety of room options are available, including double-occupancy king and queen beds, as well as bunk options at different price points.

No. The sound healing certification is completely optional and available for guests who feel called to take part in the full training experience during the retreat.

All payments are non-refundable once your deposit is made. Because of this, trip insurance is highly recommended.

Check-in is from 1:00–2:00 PM on Day 1, and check-out is from 2:00–3:00 PM on Day 4.
