Each day begins with breakfast at 8 am and unfolds with a beautiful blend of movement, sound healing, creativity, reflection, ritual, rest, connection, and time in nature. Evenings close with sound healing after dinner β€” the dreamiest way to wind down. πŸŒ™

This is a thoughtfully curated experience, but never one that feels rushed. There will be beautiful things planned, yes β€” but also room for the in-between magic, the deep breaths, the laughter, the softness, and the moments you never could have scheduled.

Settle in, land softly, and let yourself arrive. The opening of the retreat is all about grounding, connecting, and easing out of the noise of everyday life and into something slower, softer, and more intentional.

Day 2 β€” Open + Explore

As the retreat begins to unfold, you’ll be invited deeper into movement, creativity, reflection, and ritual. This is where things begin to open β€” gently, beautifully, and with plenty of space to follow what resonates.

This part of the journey invites embodiment, expression, connection, and a little magic. Expect meaningful experiences, nourishing moments, and opportunities to move, create, reflect, laugh, and be fully in it.

Our final day is about soaking it all in. You’ll have space to reflect, connect the dots, and honor what this experience has stirred in you before heading home a little lighter, fuller, and more lit up from the inside out. ✨
