- Land + Sea Medicine: A nature-forward week of ocean days and land adventures—wandering, breathing, and letting the scenery do half the work. We’ll visit the Mayan ruins for history and awe, nourish ourselves with fresh local ingredients, and let the group energy turn simple moments into medicine.
