The Wildly Human Itinerary

We made a plan. We also left room for Puerto Rico to interrupt it.

This is the shape of our six days together: ocean adventures, unhurried meals, movement, creativity, sound, two nights worth dressing up for and plenty of time to enjoy the villa we came all this way to stay in.

The exact timing will come later. For now, here’s how the week begins to unfold.

Day One: Arrive. Unpack. Find the Pool.

Sunday, January 31

When you arrive, we’ll be ready with a snack and your choice of a welcome cocktail or mocktail.

Drop your bags, find your suite, explore the villa and take a little time to settle in. Once everyone has arrived and found their footing, we’ll gather for introductions and our first chef-prepared dinner together.

We’ll close the night with sound healing, letting the travel day fall away before heading to bed as early as possible.

A soft landing, a beautiful meal and the beginning of something very good.

Day Two: The Week Finds Its Rhythm

Monday, February 1

Our first full day stays close to home and begins in sound.

After morning sound healing and breakfast overlooking the water, the day opens into some combination of movement, workshops, meditation, creative experiences, pool time and our first real chance to settle into the rhythm of Wildly Human.

There will be plenty to experience and enough open space to actually enjoy it.

As the day leans toward evening, we’ll gather in sound once more before finding our way back to the table for dinner, conversation and nowhere else we need to be.

Day Three: Saltwater + Blue Hour

Tuesday, February 2

After breakfast, we’ll trade the villa for a private sailing adventure along Puerto Rico’s west coast.

We’ll snorkel directly from the boat, float in warm Caribbean water, stretch out in the sun, listen to music, and enjoy a homemade lunch and drinks aboard before sailing back toward shore.

Once we’re home, the afternoon is ours to rinse off the salt, fall into the pool, disappear for a nap and take our time getting ready for the evening ahead.

Then, as golden hour begins, we’ll gather in solid shades of sea and sky for Blue Hour—sunset photographs, dinner and an evening that looks every bit as good as it feels.

Day Four: The Wide-Open Middle

Wednesday, February 3

This is the spacious center of the retreat—the day with room to deepen, wander and let the week become its own thing.

We’ll begin together with morning sound healing before moving into breakfast and a day shaped by movement, meditation, workshops, creative experiences, conversation and generous stretches of free time.

Swim. Nap. Journal. Explore whatever has been quietly asking for your attention. Stay by the pool a little longer or follow the day somewhere we didn’t expect.

As the afternoon begins folding into evening, sound healing will bring us back together again somewhere around sunset and dinner.

Day Five: Crash Boat + Barefoot Black Tie Farewell Dinner

Thursday, February 4

After breakfast, we’re heading to Crash Boat Beach for a full day of swimming, sun, wandering and eating whatever catches your attention at one of the nearby local spots.

We’ll stay through the afternoon before returning to the villa around 4:00 to shower, rest and trade beach clothes for something a little more dramatic.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll meet in black and white for Barefoot Black Tie. Sunset photographs will lead into a beautifully prepared four-course farewell dinner overlooking the ocean.

One last night to linger at the table, laugh a little too loudly and wonder how the week managed to move so quickly.

Day Six: One More Breakfast

Friday, February 5

We’ll share one last breakfast and a closing gathering before packing the final few things we somehow managed to scatter around the villa.

Checkout is by 10:00 AM, and then we begin carrying the week home with us—in stories, photographs, new friendships and probably a little sand where it doesn’t belong.

The Shape, Not the Stopwatch

This itinerary gives the week direction without pinning every moment to the wall.

Exact times, workshops and experiences will be shared closer to the retreat. The rhythm may shift as we work with the weather, the island and the actual humans in front of us.

The plans are real. So is the breathing room.

Can You See Yourself Here Yet?

Choose your suite, find something blue, and start deciding what Barefoot Black Tie means to you.

We’ll take care of the rest.
