Throughout our time together, you’ll be immersed in a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga and dance, sound healing, guided creative expression, reflection rituals, meaningful connection, artful experiences, seasonal dining, and moments of both softness and joy. From fresh pasta making and symbolic harvest bowls to movement, art, and sound, every part of the retreat is designed to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect with what feels true, and return home feeling more inspired, nourished, and lit up from within.

For those who feel called, the retreat also includes the opportunity to take part in an optional sound healing certification experience woven gently throughout our days together.
